In Service Inspection

There are many types of Pressure Vessels that require periodic inspections to ensure the continued safe operation and to satisfy state regulations.

Depending on the type of vessel, size (volume), pressure and contents, the inspections need to be carried out at certain intervals by a qualified and experienced inspector who will provide a report that will satisfy your obligations to your state regulatory body and enable you to register your plant as required.

As well as the periodic inspections, there are requirements for commissioning inspections for some vessels and requirements for repairs and modifications that need the correct documentation for compliance.

At Major Industrial Inspection, we have the experience to guide you through these processes to ensure you are compliant with the various regulations.

Regular inspections can also reveal issues that can cause downtime and lost production. We can often pinpoint these issues before they become serious and suggest remedial action to lessen your risk and maximise safety in your workplace.
